Discipline on reservations and cancellation policy booking conditions

The rooms will be available in the period chosen by formalizing booking with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total.

Methods of payment: Bank transfer or payment through the PayPal system. The customer through payment of the deposit reveals the acknowledgment of the quality standards of the structure by means of material such as brochures or online sites and conditions of sale.

DISCIPLINE ON RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The client loses the deposit given by not acknowledging the booking made and when he does not occupy the rooms that have been assigned to him. In case of late arrival after the date indicated in the booking, the customer is required to pay the total amount of the services that he has booked. The customer who has already started his stay and must reduce his period of stay for personal reasons is required to pay the entire period previously booked as such sudden change will result in a non-sale and consequent economic loss of the company, that, in the meantime, had to give up the sale of the room in question to other reservation requests.

THE CANCELLATION MUST BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL

In the case of cancellation by the customer prior to arrival, apply the following clauses:
a. For cancellations made up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned to the customer (less transaction costs).
b. In case of cancellation from the 14 to the 7th day before the date of arrival, 20% of the deposit will be returned to the customer (minus costs of operations).
c. for cancellations or changes notified more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, and for cancellations of stays booked at the distance of six days of the arrival date, the deposit will be fully retained.
